This is just the cutest little Temecula home. I'm not saying it's anything fancy or even remotely large (856 square feet) on a smaller lot at the end of a cul de sac. It's walking distance to the grocery store and pharmacy and not too far off of the freeway but far enough to not me freeway close. If you don't need a lot of space and can't stand the thought of paying $200 in association dues like you would in a condo, this might be the perfect solution for you (bonus is you don't need to deal with shared walls).

Redhawk Flip with Temecula Views

Temecula homes in Redhawk are often blessed with great views of those hills that remind me of home (Temecula that is!). This home was built in 1999 but it's been updated, as evidenced by the beautiful master shower. It is located on the end of a cul de sac with a nice pie shaped lot that bring this home up in value. Extra bonus? It's been cleaned up and appears to be an investor flip and let me tell you, they want it off of their books as soon as possible.

Former Paseo Model

The Temecula homes in Paseo del Sol were new not too long ago so when I see a former model home go up in that neighborhood I know the upgrades will be nice, and this one is. Granite countertops, great cabinets, crown molding, neutral paint, shutters, great flooring, etc. The only thing this one is really lacking is a back yard, but you are near the beautiful walking trails and parks that make this neighborhood special.

Copper Canyon Vanilla Steal

I get more requests for Murrieta homes in the Copper Canyon area than any other neighborhood in that city. When this one popped up I took notice at the $88 per square foot price. It's not highly upgraded, in fact I would call it vanilla. It's got tile counter tops and regular finishes. You know the routine. It's got potential to resale for a good deal more than this price since I've lost many homes in the area in the 270,000-280,000 range. It this one lasts the weekend without bids I'll be surprised - sorry, fair warning.

Great Family Home Near Chardonnay

This single strip of cul de sacs of Temecula homes is next to Chardonnay Hills without having all of the association dues attached. It really is a great house with a wine room (you know this is what sold me). The yard itself isn't huge but it's large enough for the pool and spa it does have a side yard big enough for RV parking. Inside it has a large loft and office and the master does have a balcony with decent views. There's some tavertine flooring in the entry and a skylight. All in all it's a great deal on a perfect family home at less than $95/square foot.
