The Temecula homes in Paseo del Sol were new not too long ago so when I see a former model home go up in that neighborhood I know the upgrades will be nice, and this one is. Granite countertops, great cabinets, crown molding, neutral paint, shutters, great flooring, etc. The only thing this one is really lacking is a back yard, but you are near the beautiful walking trails and parks that make this neighborhood special.

Copper Canyon Vanilla Steal

I get more requests for Murrieta homes in the Copper Canyon area than any other neighborhood in that city. When this one popped up I took notice at the $88 per square foot price. It's not highly upgraded, in fact I would call it vanilla. It's got tile counter tops and regular finishes. You know the routine. It's got potential to resale for a good deal more than this price since I've lost many homes in the area in the 270,000-280,000 range.
